After making sure all information are correct, you may send the form to info@halaloffice.jo

The Review

Full application review to be conducted by GHC Team

After receiving your application form, our team will review your application for acceptance or refusal

The Decision will be based on the in formation available in the application

You may receive mails or calls if there's any misleading information or lack of information to make sure acceptance/refusal is based on factual data

Just like Factory Certification, Halal Shipment Certification does require assessments to be performed before being able to request such services.

Quotation & Service Agreement

Your contact person within GHC will provide you with a service quotation or a service agreement contract.

You'll received a full technical and commercial quotation in your language, Arabic no yet available) for your review and approval

Upon your approval on quotation, a full services agreement will be prepared and sent to you for your approval, singing and sealing

Pre-Assessment Documentaiton Check

Pre-Assessment Step is crucial for your certification journey

Your contact person within GHC will provide you with the pre-assessment documents and introduce your applicable GHC Scheme.

Audit Plan

Planning and scheduling the site audit by the audit team

If your documentation reviewing is completed and accepted, you will be contacted by GHC to schedule an assessment.

Audit

Your assessment will be performed at your facility.

A team of 2 assessors will be present to assess compliance with your applicable GHC Scheme or reference Halal Standard.

The assessment is based on a checklist, observing activities, interviewing, verification of information, and, where applicable, sampling of products for laboratory testing.

Reporting

Submission Reports by lead auditor and audit team

This report may contain observations or non-conformities. In such cases, you must describe your corrective actions and deliver the evidence of implementation for completion.

Decision Making

Decision committee review and take decision

If the previous step has been deemed completed, an GHC committee will provide the final review for approval.

If the committee has decided on an approval, your Halal certificate (multiple types applicable) will be issued with a validity ranging from 1 to 3 years.
